This year we will be donated the proceeds towards recreation projects or activities in our municipality.

Basic Information

  • When?
  • This year's tournament will be held Saturday, August 21st, 2010
  • Where?
    • The tournament will take place in Markstay, ON
  • What?
    • Teams will compete in both volleyball and softball, a team can consist of between 10 and 15 players, with at least 4 of those players being female. The full team will compete in softball, while the teams will split into two to compete in volleyball.
  • How much?
    • The cost to enter is $40.00 per person. Minimum 10 people per team. NO REFUNDABLE, the entry fee entitles you to a minimum of 2 softball games and 3 volleyball games. $100.00 Non Refundable deposit must be paid on or before July 9th, 2010. Balance to be paid by July 23rd, 2010.
  • How do I sign up?
    • This year we will be expanding to accept 10 teams
    • Only the first 10 teams to pay their entry fee IN FULL will be accepted, for more information please email don@dbphotography.ca. Cheques can be mailed or dropped off at:

  • Other Stuff
    • The tournament will take place rain or shine, we do reserve the right to cancel or shorten any games due to inclement weather, this decision will be made by the organizers and no refunds will be given.
    • Players must be at least 16 years of age to participate.
    • There will be NO cash prizes
    • Alcohol is not allowed in any location other than designated area, if a player is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs they may be removed from the remainder of the tournament with no refund given.
    • No player may participate who has not signed a waiver.
    • Only players on a team's official roster may participate.
